YERBA-MATE.LV is an online shop registered and operating in Rīga, Latvia, selling yerba mate and mate accessories. Contact: info@yerba-mate.lv, +371 28 373 427.

An order becomes a contract when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order if the goods are out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

All prices are in euro and include Latvian VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay or bank link. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are good-faith estimates and depend on the courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns for detail.

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided food items are unopened and accessories unused. How to do it is set out in Shipping & returns.

Yerba mate is a food product. We describe flavour, cut and origin as accurately as we can; we make no health or medical claims, and product photographs are illustrative — natural gourds vary in colour and texture.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Latvian or EU consumer law.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes may be taken to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a competent court.
